Research shows that up to 90% of fortune 500 companies use some type of multi-rater or 360 degree assessment to measure performance and give constructive feedback that improves behavior.  If it works for them, why not EMS?  In a work environment where direct supervision is rare and difficult at best the key to improving accountability is peer review and multi-rater approaches.  We will walk you through the steps to an effective 360 feedback program you can implement for your EMS agency.
