EMS Leadership Track
Monday, October 22, 2018 - 1:00pm to 2:00pm

2019 marks the 50th anniversary of the historic moon landing.  The greatest feat in the history of exploration happened through the focused efforts of 400,000 dedicated Americans who were part of the Apollo program of the 1960s. Making each mission a success became the personal mission of everyone associated with the program – from the astronaut in the spacecraft to the janitor at mission control. The seemingly impossible became reality through ethical leadership and strong personal commitment to the mission – and there are many examples of how that leadership commitment can launch your EMS agency to amazing new heights of success. This engaging and fast-paced session combines history and personal leadership into 7  critical strategies from our Apollo era space program  that today’s EMS leader can adopt  to launch your agency - and your personal life - onto a trajectory for success.
