Catherine Kuhlmann has been a keynote speaker at premiere EMS events in the United States. A former judge, she also serves as a Firefighter/Paramedic for the City of Fredericksburg, Texas since 2000 and is the former EMS Chief for the Harper VFD.  She is a DSHS Instructor, TEEX guest instructor, and a regular speaker at the Texas State EMS Conference, among other events nationally.  She was named the top 100 influential women in the Texas Hill Country.
